The MKG Consulting activity forecasts are based on a compilation of hotel (from the MKG Database), tourism and macro-economic statistical data. They are based on 20 years of data history and the samples are the largest. These forecasts include: occupancy rates, average daily rate per room, RevPAR, number of rooms sold and rooms revenue. They may also be calculated : : - per category, - city, - zone, - or country.
